Also known as a PCV valve.
I'd like to know where it's located.
The car is a 1991 BMW 318iS with a M42B18 engine.
That's all what's left for my tune- up I think.

All right.
To do a complete tune- up, I got to do the following.
Change the oil and the filter, change the fuel filter, changer the air filter, change the spark plugs and change the iginition wiring if necessary.
Is there something I forgot ?
It's a drive- line tune- up.

That should just about do it. What about changing the transmission and differential fluids?

EDIT: Oh, and brake fluid.

There is no PCV valve on this engine.

....it runs through the timming case up to the valve cover vent system, its more effiecient this way.

I was surprised that the M42 did not have PCV. It keeps the motor cleaner. The present system is probably better for leaks though as it may keep the crankcase slightly below atmospheric pressure.
