New Steering Wheel

Installed a new steering wheel today and I have the annoying SRS light flashing? Anyway to disable that ish or should I just pull the bulb. Also, it kinda squeeks when turning. Slightly annoying but no big deal. Any recommendations on getting rid of the squeeks?

mine made noise did that when I first put it on, it is gone now though. It just went away by itself. Also unless you can reset your codes you need to take out the bulb to make it stop flashing.
