Has anyone in here installed the "super Charge" kit Pelican has in the 101 E30 book? I have been talking with a lot of people about Turbo and the Super Charge kit. Many have recommended goint with the Super charge.

I think it's the Downing Atlanta Supercharger that was written up in Grassroots Notorsports.

At the begining of August my car will be Twin Screwed :D
I've read alot about the Turbos and SCs and my opinion is, that a SC is a better choice, if you don't have a lot of money to spend, if you are looking for more driveable car (everyday car) and if you are a fan of LOT of Torque from small amount of RPMs.
The M42 as Engine is very good for SC. I will use alot of things like Downing Atlanta. For example: E36 318is Crank Pulley, Eaton M45 (Mine is from Mini Cooper S :D BMW GROUP). But I will use an Intercooler and my SC will be more like Turbo as a system. I am not gonna Plug it on the Inlet Manifold.
The M42 Engine is very strong and can handle one SC without any changes needed.
After all the SC will stay on the driver side and there is still a lot of place on the other side for a Turbo :D
When I am ready with everything, I will post a lot of pics and movies. My project will cost something like ... 1000 eu :D (SC, MS, LC1, Bigger Injectors, IC...)
