I present to you a slightly enhanced, more user friendly parts catalog.

Enjoy!

thats pretty sweet. its too bad they still don't have a part number search without choosing a model of car.

That's the only downside. I notice it's in beta so maybe we could get a hold of the developer and make the suggestion.

that would be sweet. let us hope once its updated it has this search option as i see no way of contacting the designer.

Click "shum" (bottom right part of the page) for what I believe is the developer's email address.

Uhh...

You can search a part number independent of vehicle application in RealOEM.

At the bottom of the vehicle selector page, before you type in your last 7 or select your car, click on "Search By Part #" below the Series column.

Or, if you've already selected your car, hit the 'search' link, then click on "Part Vehicle Search" after you've typed your part number in.

Haha well we're all well aware of realoem.com Hence the "Alternative" in the title.

This is just a bit more user friendly as Eurospec had mentioned.

My point was the Kowalski stated 'its too bad they still don't have a part number search without choosing a model of car.'

I was merely pointing out that RealOEM does let you do that.

To be honest, I prefer RealOEM - it's faster for me to scan a column of text for the area I am looking for than to wait for all the pics to load.

Looks like a search feature has been added. Sweet!!

Its just a "pretty" version of RealOEM, that IMHO seems harder to use. Plus the ads are annoying.

The images are better than in realoem because they can be enlarged to provide more detail. However, there are no parts prices which to me is a big drawback.

Usually I go get the P/N and throw it into realoem, or I just call up Patrick @ BMA...

The images are much better as well...

Awesome.

I like the cross referencing capability.

I miss the prices though... :(

Nice to have both at our fingertips.
