How many quarts of oil and coolant?

I don't have an owner's manual so can someone give me a hand? How many quarts of oil and how much coolant does the M42 take? I read 5 quarts of oil somewhere but can someone confirm this for me?

5 quarts is correct. Not sure on the coolant figures to be honest.

When I flushed my system, I used most of the 1 gal container of BMW coolant and about half of a 2 liter jug of distilled water.
