Hi I just found this wonderful site, lots of good stuff here! I thought
I post something about my car.

Car: 318is 1990
Color: Sterlingsilver
Engine: Stock M42, 4,10 LSD.
Chassis/wheels: Stock suspension with H&R lowering springs. Borbet A 16x9" wheels.
I also have a set of Hartge 16" in black and the original BBS 15" wheels with Toyo R888 for track days.
Interior: Sport seats in cloth, M-tech II steeringwheel and
the small bordcomputer.
Exterior: Factory installed M-tech II bodykit.

Here is a picture of it.

Which lowering springs did you get and do they work well with the stock suspension?

alright thanks. i was under the impression that when people put on new springs, new shocks were a must, but i'd rather just get new springs and save 400 bucks.

um if you get lower springs, which it sounds like you are planning on, you will need to buy shorter shocks, like bilstein sports or konis. dont be a cheap douchebag; respect your car. your stock shocks and struts will take a shit anyway if you use shorter/stiffer springs with them.

you should go read some articles about suspension theory and read as many FAQs as you can while you're at it.

edit. this is a really sick car btw. true ballin

your car is making me cry...

(tears of joy)

mission accomplished, nice track pics too, and welcome...

I apologize in advance for booking a flight and stealing your M-tech II kit... the situation really is that desperate here in the US...

Thanks!

I almost also stole somebodys elses M-tech kit before I got lucky and found this car on german Ebay for a resonable price. So the situation is quite desperate over here too I guess ;)

The track is called knutstorp (http://rejsa.nu/bana_info.asp?knutstorp) and is located in the south of sweden.
