Had a great day today in spite of the bumper to bumper Daytona Race traffic on I-4.
Started at 0730 after I tried to get this stuff off my windshield. Had to use a plastic spatula and my drivers liecense.
Then went off to a BMW Tech Session and took some pics but I forget to shoot the rims on the E30s there. Maybe later.
Next off to Deland to look at that 325i on Craigslist. Looks like maybe frame damage. Its an 89 zinna 2dr with plastic bumpers. Priced to move at 700.
Then home to the best part. Putting on my new iS lip. Yeah baby, that thing is pure sex. Took some pics. The first pic is my windshield in 34 degree weather. Enjoy!

I got the clears from abrahamsmotorsports.com. Mel was very helpful and the product was of a very good quality. What I think makes mine different is the bulb. What I do is take a hobby shop high temp paint, Pactra Indy Silver RC262. I paint the orange bulb and let it bake in the sun for about 3 hours.
Once that is done I put them in and you can not see the bulb. But, it burns orange. Its a cheap way to get the invis-bulb look.
BTW, I also painted the screw heads with the same paint.

They don't make clear bulbs?
You must be an RC'er to be using Pactra.

I used Sylvania SilverStar Bulbs. They cost twenty bucks and look great. The bulb is a light translucent blue and lights up in a sharp amber.
