Alrighty, I have a solution for the lean-running MAF conversion. I have heard that the M175 ECU self-learns throttle positions...which says to me that there was some big variance in TPS units. Those with multimeters...can you give me about 2 minutes of your time?

Get that multimeter and go out to the car. Pull the rubber boot off of the TPS connector. Put the car in accessory mode. Now, put the ground lead wherever you can, which is basically any exposed metal. Use the positive probe on the MIDDLE wire's exposed connector pin. I need to know the what the voltage is there with the throttle completely closed, and with it fully opened. If you have adjusted it so the throttle is cracked by default, please put it back so it closes all the way again and I get the actual closed TPS reading.

I get .39V closed, and 4.00V fully open. How about 'yall???

According to the manual the readings at idle should be about .8 -1.2 ohms to 3.2 to 4.8 ohm's at WOT.

I wish I could give you an accurate reading, but my TPS sensor isn't working right. Ill do a test once I get the new one in, which should be tomorrow :)

Cool man, good to know. If there is some huge variance, I guess I will just have to add a calibration button to it so people can get it set to their specific car!

Sure, it would be nice to see some other values!

so are you going to be able to fix it?

I would measure it for you if i could find my TB!

lol

You have your motor apart?

Oh and I posted (well, will after this one) some interesting results with an 8" velocity stack on the MAF instead of the filter box.
