Can we have a seperate section dedicated to performance upgrades for the m42?

For the moment, each respective section more or less contains pertinent performance upgrades. The reference section is most of the how-to's and repair stuff. The Swaps/Turbo/Buildup section is prettymuch the M42 performance section. Other sections have a lot of upgrade info as well.

Now, should the need arise to separate performance from repair stuff, it will definitely be done. For now though, things are not big enough to need a division. Thanks for the suggestion though, it may come in handy in the future.

I agree but can we please have a dedicated cold air intake section so we can all discuss 1 zillion times how we can get a cold air intake to give us 5hp and which ones are the best ones out there? :D

For now, we do not really have enough going on to require another forum.

Trust me on this, it is better to have fewer but busy forums as opposed to 30 that get only one post per week. Empty forums chase people away.
