Just a thought. Depending on if you're more a casual cruiser and into looks or a canyon carver more into function, Ronals tend to be on the heavier side.

This is something you might want to consider. I've noticed a definite difference between my old 16lb rims and 12lb rims.

Good point. Would rather have lighter performance first. Trying to get a 16 with spokes rather than weaves. I hate cleaning rims. So hoping to get the best of both worlds. Any recommendations?

BTW my tech might have access to some 2002 parts, if you need anything

Weaves aren't that bad depending on your brake pad compound and cleaning technique/materials. I'm currently running BBS RA which is worse than the RZ's in terms of cleaning. Castrol Super Clean and Dedicated Soft Wheel Brush are the key, unless you want to fork over $21 a pop for PS21 which is good stuff but expensive.

My recommendations if you're worried about cleaning:

Thanks for the 2002 parts offer but I think I'm set for this year at least considering I spent $8k this summer on parts.

Not bad... Really. But, I still like the Ronal LS weave wheel the best! :D
