Exhaust is leaving crap on my bumper and paint

My exhaust is leaving residue on my bumper. It is oily, but the car does not smoke, or not enough for me to see while I am driving. What could cause this? I recently Seafoamed the engine and intake. Thanks in advance.

You might have a bad cat or some fuel mixture problem.
