How to tell if I have stock chip or not???

I recently bought a used 318is and wondering if I have a stock chip or not.

I can probably rev to 7k+ since most aftermarket chips increase rev limit but I'm keeping it below 4k for now since I'm having some engine issues I like to sort out first.

Anyone know? I've included a pic.

Thanks, I wasn't too sure since it had a crooked label and scribbly pen markings which I thought would be highly unlikely of German precision. :D
