Picking up a 91 318 4 door parts car

I found on Craigslist a 91 white 4 door with 94K that was T-Boned on the passenger side. The front fender/door and windshield are toast. We plan on stripping it, it is a parts car after seeing the damage. My current 91 318i 4 door is black with black interior, I'm thinking of stripping the tan interior and putting into my black 318i. I'll start pulling off the parts on the engine and swap them out to cure my stalling problem. Seller wants $500, I'll offer $400 and hopefully we'll compromise at $450.
