Google ads under nav bar

I like to help out...but is it worthwhile to keep clicking the little Google ads under the nav bar? I know every little bit helps, but I'm tired of seeing that Cadillac v. BMW page...

Amazing how they tailor info though...I used Google for rice cooker recipes & now I find ads for Zojirushi rice makers up there...

I have a small blue 'Ads by Google' box between the navigation bar and the top of any thread. I can't be the only one...

This is in addition to the banner ad up at the page header.
