will this fit...
« on: September 04, 2008, 04:22:42 PM »
hey all... i'm working on my 91' 318i  found some sides but having a tough time finding a "is" front valance.  i did however find this for sale.  it looks like it could be from a pre 88' and i'm wondering if it will work with my car with the plastic bumpers.

here is the link http://toronto.en.craigslist.ca/tor/pts/813698581.html

thanks in advance

B

Thats from an early model...I think it will fit but it won't be the stock valance that actually came with your car in 91'.

i'm having the hardest time finding the stock valance for my car.. well actually i would really like to install the "is" valance

i'm not too interested with installing any fiberglass parts.

Your best bet is to check with Patrick @ BMA Parts...its like $250 new.

A used one will go for about $150 shipped. I have one on my red car if you're interested...but it isn't perfect.

That is OE.

Bavarian Auto Recyclers parts out cars they're located in Rancho Cordova, CA. Near Sacramento so if you're not in CA shipping will kill you on that.
