BorbetT et35 205/45/17 will they fit?

I found a nice set, but was wondering if they needed spacers. The guy hasn't responded to my e-mail yet and I can't really tell wether the offset is 20 or 35. The borbet T's i found in 17" seem to all be a 8'' wide and et35 or 20!? I do realize that a 40 series tire would be better, but these are sweet! they have about a 2 1/2" lip!

Oh yeah, I am aware that my bottlecaps are et35, but 6 inches wide right. So my question is 17" et35 8'' or 17" et20 8''--need spacers?
