I don't have the bars yet, I will be getting them sometime this week.  I bought them off a guy on Spec E30.

Here's my GN:

And here's the '26:

thats a much nicer shifter knob. very nice car, and i'm very jealous now

I would have to completely agree with you hoevesruperd. Seeing this car adds to the list of e30s that make me jealous. I can only imagine how my car feels. It's the one enduring all the struggles, I just pay for it. lol But i love it and that car is an idol. Keep the good mods coming.

Thank you very much dubbsz.

The '26 is a long-term street rod project.  The body is off the frame right now, I'm making some good progress.  I"ll post some updated pictures as I go along.  It's going to get a RamJet 502, no M5 engine, sorry.  lol

Man i wish i could buy another e30 here for under 500 bucks. The cheapest i have seen one was around 1500 and it was in horrible condition with over 350,000 km's on it.

On the flip side i feel like im driving the only car of it's ind when im on the road which is a pretty nice feeling.

The car looks great btw. Looks like the previous owner took great care of it.

Great choice of mods.  What mods do plan to do next with the car?  Nice collection btw.  Please keep us updated on your projects.

I'm going to be selling the GN come spring, so in the near future I'd like to get AKG offset control arm, subframe, diff, and trailing arm bushings.  Long term plans would be Ryan G. splitter, Mark D. chip, Mtech I spoiler, and wheels.  (Already got an idea for that, I just need to sell an extra set of weaves I have.)  Maybe an M3 steering rack if I can swindle it off Chachi...

Oh how things snowball.

I haven't been on here in quite some time, but those of you on r3v know that my car has gone under the knife quite a bit since I've last posted here.

Complete E30 M3 5-lug swap with coilovers.  I love it.  And looking back at my original pictures from when I first bought the car just reminds me how far it's come in 2 years.

Haha, thanks Vladi.  I finally got the centercap tool, so I put the caps on.  The wheels look 100x better with caps.  I don't know how or why, but they do.

And once again, sorry I haven't been on here in quite some time, but I'm sorry to post this here...many of you are not going to be happy...
