Sorry, I too was having a bad day... found out my client may be closing down.
I keep taking time at night to study it... the factory lower manifold would work nice like many have done before. The M50 intake could work with about 2" of the bend cut out and straighten. There would have to be a machined plate made though because the upper bolts on the head do not line up, but the bottom ones do. The injector ports are higher on the M50 manifold too which is better.
I would then do something like Rebello did with this manifold.
