I've had that stuff in several engines I've taken apart.  I think it's just a type of carbonization.

Does the metal of the injector body extend all the way to the top?  I did see an M20 injector that leaked fuel, but it was at the parting line between the lower metal and the upper stem of the injector.  Most likely you'll be ok, but monitor it for a few days.  You might even want to reinstall it in a position on the fuel rail where it it most easily observed.
I had them cleaned at a bosch dealer and the crack is no problem  :D

Bleeding went good today! Had no more airbubbles after 15 minutes of bleeding  ;D. Jacking up the front of the car a little bit and squeezing the tubes helped a lot. But guess what: i still got the same problem  :-\. So it's time for a recap. In my first post i wrote that the car would stall after two minutes which isn't right. After some more testdrives i discovered that the car rev's up good as long as i keep it under 3000-3500 rpm. When i go over it the engine starts to stutter. Max. throttle would lead to stalling or sometimes it would go up to the redline but eventually the revs would fall down again. Things i checked so far: airflow meter ok, throttle position sensor ok, water temp sensor ok, cam sensor ok and crank sensor ok. Injectors are refurbished and tested. I cleared up the mess under the intake and throttle body heating is gone. So i've got new vac hoses and gaskets. Also my intake boot is in good shape. So it is definitely not air leaks. But today i noticed when the lower flap from the throttle body is actuated by the upper flap, the engine is at it's critical point to stutter. Maybe this means something?

Problem solved! Turned out the fuelpump was dying a bit  ::). Fuel flow was too low, it should be 0,875 liters/30sec @ 12V + the internal check valve was jammed in open position. Fuel pressure should be 3,0 bar but i'm pretty sure it wasn't getting that either. I've done today 50 miles with the new pump and didn't had any problems  :D. It took me quite a while to find the issue but i finally did. I probably wouldn't have found the problem without the massive amount of information that's available on this forum and without all the help i've got here!  ;D

What brand did you use?

I did a search on the bosch autoparts website and this was the recommended replacement --> bosch 0580314070
It contains the pump, filter, electrical connection, and a little tube for the connection to the fuelline bracket.
