Took a few hours to disasemble everything and would have taken around 5 or so hours to put it all back, but I also removed the a-pillars and recovered them with new vinyl...To get those out you have to remove the overhead console which also requires the removal of some of the sunroof trim pieces.
Overall it is not that bad of a job. Most of the wiring in the first pic (and all the dangling pieces) are all pretty much "plug and play". It can easily be done in a weekend though. One thing I did while I had the dash out is run new speaker wires (the gold wire in the first pic).
