Engine Noises what might be causing it?

Those rims wont come off the only thing i can think of is that that huge bolt in the middle is holding them on?

unless its fused on there some how. I mean i took a crowbar and tried to break it lose?

Your wheels are corroded onto the hub.  Soak them with penetrating grease and wail on them with something big to get 'em off. The big nut is definitely not what is holding them on there.  

Hate to say it, but cars with that much visible rust are pretty questionable as any kind of long term possession.

The wheels on my sister's E36 get pretty stuck on due to corrosion. A 5lb rubber mallet got them off, without damaging things thankfully. If you have all 5 lug nuts out, then the wheel needs some good smacks to come off. The big nut in the middle holds the axles / hubs & you DO NOT want to remove that unintentionally. You should probably order some new dust caps for those.

I put everything back together today and now the f*cken car is overheating?
What could cause this???

I took off the head and the lower front plate. and removed the radiator... put it back together with new gaskets and sealer. put the radiator back in, reconnected the hoses. and put 50/50 radiator fluid in it. put the fan back on placed the shroud around the fan.

please list anything and everthing that comes to your mind i need to fix this ASAp.. have to work this weekend.......

Bleeding the cooling system correctly is critical.

+1 on needing to bleed the system.

Some people discuss doing it in here. It is fairly simple. Don't drill holes in your thermostat though.

A little water out of the exhaust on start up is normal.  Burning gasoline makes water...but unless it's the middle of winter that should go away after 5-10 minutes.

Bleeding the system is usually a PITA.  I've never done it right the first time...it always takes me a few days to purge the air out.  I'm still not used to that, makes me nervous every time.  Keep a good eye on the temp gauge for a little while after changing the coolant.

If you really want to know for sure, do a compression test.  That'll let you know if the engine is tight or if the head gasket is leaking coolant into the cylinders.

My M42 takes a while to warm up, never been sure why.

Let me describe now,
1/2. didnt drain coolant (should I? then re pour it in with the bleeder screw removed)
1. I used the bleeder valve while it was running to get any built up air out got a little bit of bubbles
2. put more radiator fluid in up to the line on my resivor.
3. when i thought it was good drove car.
4. car still overheats.
4 1/2. all three hoses are hot to the touch...
5. heater fans do not work, cant tell if there is heat in the heater.
6. need to work tommarow.
7. called off today because of car.
8. depression sets in

Is there a bleeder screw thats not on the expansion tank?

Nope.  That's the only one.  I noticed that the upper hose frequently has a big bubble after I flush the system.  I tend to leave the hoses connected at the radiator...pull them off the thermostat housing to backfill them.

I'll make a how-to next time but I'm not sure if my method is any better.  That BMW system is a bitch to bleed properly.

I never thought of this before, but I wonder if raising the radiator would make it easier?  Hot coolant isn't very friendly though.

so pouring coolant into the hose on the left side after disconnecting it at the thermistat housing will help? I will try anything at this point..

You're probably pretty close.  I'd just check to see if you have a bubble in the upper hose coming into the radiator.  Mine always seems to get one there that takes a few days to bleed out.
