service reset tool instructions anyone?

I have a service reset tool but I have misplaced the instructions. It's this one.

anyone have one like it that can post the instructions? I've serched but all I can find is the jumper method.

Should be hold button for 8 flashes for oil and longer for inspection, at least that is what my peake does
