Need "bad" injector
« on: January 21, 2010, 08:39:49 AM »
Does anyone have and old or bad injector for an M42 they can send me. I am trying to see if M44 injectors will work in my M42 if I remove the extra plastic cover on the M44 injectors.
I bought a set of M44 injectors & they are 4 pintel. I want to be able to remove the plastic cover, clean & be ready to swap them when I do the "mess under the intake" repair.
  I can pay the freight.

Thanks in advance.

Has anybody tried just using them on a older style M42? They should help with off idle punch ...

Wondering..
