Car won't idle, goes nuts when gas is held

Alright finally got her to crank up, but the car wont idle. if i dont hold down the gas it just stalls out.

when i do hold down the gas it'll keep steady at like 1000 rpm but then will suddenly just shoot up

i tried cleaning the ICV to no avail, any way to test the ICV to completely rule it out?

Also, i've replaced every vac and coolant hose and got rid of the TB Heater plate.

forgot to mention, sometimes it will catch itself right before it stalls and shoot back up to like 1200rpm then immediately fall down and repeat this about 3-4 times before it stalls again.

got it, it was a vacuum leak, the bottom 2 studs for the TB where loose and the TB had a gap at the bottom letting air in

gogo spraying TB cleaner at openings to try and find a leak
