Stevohill (UPDATED PROFILE)
« on: March 12, 2006, 04:46:06 PM »
Here is my UPDATED profile after many months

Car: 4/1991 Brillantrot 318is(obviously)
Location: Mesa, AZ, United States
Age: 21
Job: currently unemployed/student
Nickname: Stevo, stevohill, steve of the hill, stavo, whatever

Bought the car about 2 years ago, and I have been absolutely infected with the modding bug. Just past 160,000 miles.

Mods: z4 3.0 shifter, euro plate front and rear, euro filler rear, leather wrapped m3 shift knob, bilstein sports, eibach prokit, custom motorsports flag, red painted taillights with smoked reverse lights, and of course EUROE30 vanity plate :)

Engine:
Standard(in the next few months though, hopefully a DASC!)

Wheels/Tyres:
baskets right now, hopefully wheels coming sometime in the next year

Interior:
immaculetly stock right now, the car sat for seven years in the PO garage, no wear on anything, and the dash is crackless.

Planned mods(eventually): Euro Smoked Smilies, DASC(of course), some type of BBS wheels undecided right now, and full maintenance(not really a mod, but needs to be done)

PICTURES

typical driveway shot

showcasing the rear end, I'm very proud of my taillights :)

and last but not least, the poster worthy pic

Translation:

Thats one fat whip = Thats one nice car
I gotta see up close brah = I have to see it up close bro/friend

hit me up if you fo sho going to the meet = let me know if u are going to the meet for sure but just running late.

made props to the car = typo, supposed to be mad props to the car which means nice work or giving credit for the work done.

e30 fo life = e30 for life.

Hope this helps, I am approaching 30 so my slang may be a bit off.

smatterchewboy?
Or as they say on the east side, "charp chort, ese"
Personally I think it is a restrained and rather tastefully modified example of the type. Elegant in it's understatement yet uniquely reflecting the aethetic of the owner. I especially approve of the (admittedly incomplete) deletion of excessive verbal content on the rear screen.
One of D. Clay's pet peeves:
red E30's with black rockers and lower rear aprons.

haha, i was just being irritatingly british-sarcastic (to point out that i was fulfilling a stereotype just as much as werkshope30, tut tut tim). fwiw even i could understand the post (much to my surprise), just that the only people who speak like that over here are teenagers immitating americans and tim westwood (white middle-class BBC radio 1 hip-hop DJ).

I hate Tim Westwood so much, that reject is the worst host possible for Pimp My Ride.  He's got no personality and no flair.  I respect him for one thing; I couldn't make it as far as he has if I had was equipped with his looks and personality.
