+1, even the mythbusters did a test on this, it does not work, your best bet is to get an onboard hp tank and fill it with hydrogen or natural gas and run that instead of gasoline

they did it wrong and it was proven why in a later episode after some viewers wrote in.

If you REally want to know more about these, PLEASE PM me, I actually have installed Professional units on many cars, and can show you how.  I worked with a company called Green Future Technologies.

I know about these Units IN AND OUT.

EDIT:

They Do Work.
TRUST ME.

Double Edit:
When we installed these units we gGAuranteed 20% better gas mileage, however most of our customers were getting around 35%.

Installed on
Toyota Tacoma 2008
2008    Acura MDX
Toyota Prius
Ford F450 Diesel
MB   300E
MB   300D

Off the top of my head.

You can call A1 imports autoworks for more info.

i cant find which one, but the reason that their experiment failed was improper spacing inside the unit or something like that.  im not too sure and obviosly not as well informed as you.

I'm just trying to get better informed here. You said there is an episode where the Mythbusters showed that HHO actually works and I want to see it. I've seen the episode where they showed it doesn't work but I missed this other episode. I have the DVD collection at home and I want to watch that episode tonight. If somebody can find the episode where the Mythbusters show that HHO works, I'm all ears.

Well if somebody else can find the episode number where Mythbusters shows that HHO actually works please let me know. I have the DVD collection at home (except for season 7). I'll watch it tonight.

Cool, I would definitely like to see one of these in action if thats possible. Every single independent test I've seen of one of these these hydrogen generators failed on its face. But if this one works, I'm definitely interested.

I'd have to agree about the CNG tank.  I used one at work...it worked well.  The only problems are short mileage and the CNG compressor/filling station that you'd need.  Refills also took a long time.

these do work. i knew this guy who put it on his toyota solara 4cyl and it worked. he made it himself. and as for them not putting out enough hydrogen? that's a crock of shit. i mean i love mythbusters. it's pretty much the coolest show ever, but not everything they do is perfect. his canister was clear acrylic and when he turned it on there was pretty much a small erruption from so many bubbles!!!! no lie.  and yes it does increase fe. it's pretty simple. that big glowing box in front of you, use it!!!!! stop jumping down each others' throats and stop blindly following preconceived notions. do some research...

btw. i'm new. first post.

i have a '91 318i brilliantrot.
and i'm debating whether or not i should go to an e39 540i or m5 because i am 6'6" almost 6'7" and e30's aren't the biggest cars. oh and i'm a baby. only 17 =)

Ok, First I'm not going to get into a huge flaming discussion over this because there way to many skeptics. All I will say is that I took a class at a local community college on this last year. The cell cost me about 40 dollars to build. I got 6mpg better than I had. The actual gains are way over exaggerated, but it does work. Any questions or links to more information please feel free to pm me. The school I went to also just won a national award for their design.

Its not that you use the hydrogen in the gas. Hydrogen by its self burns hotter then gas. If you channel the process correctly you can actually run your car completely on hydrogen. There is actually a ton of good videos on your tube about the process to doing so. There have also be several kits made to teach you step by step on how to turn any car into a HHO Powered car.
