Front Bumper Installation HELP PLEASE!!

Hey guys, I am new to the forum. I just recently bought a 92 318i, new 1995 318i motor in it:), but i have a question i just bought a non oem m3 style E36 bumper, and i just took off my older bumper, being the noob that i am. I didn't realize that the older bumper are two pieces and the trim on them. Here is a pic of the bumper i bought today. If anyone can give me suggestions on how to install this bumper i would really appreciate it, because right now i am bumper less thanks for the help!!
