Annoying timeouts

It seems like i have to log in every 10 minutes. I will be reading posts and go to reply and before I can respond, I have to log back in. Is there a timer that automatically bumps us or do I need to play with my browser settings?

Doesn't happen to me at all.  What browser are you using? I have firefox set to remember my password and also have checked to "remember me" at the login box.  Maybe you need to allow more cookies

I wish I could do that, but that would be bad-ju-ju for I'm using a government computer.  We have a lot of rules that must be followed.
