M42 head and M44 block? Possible?

Is it possible combination  M42 head with M44 block and oil housing of e30 M42 . What needs to change. I'm not interested in sensors and such things, the idea is to drive with a thick block and oil squirters. (can this oil squirters to put a M42 block?) Sorry for the bad English.
