Would a failing/sticking ICV cause over fueling at idle?

I just replaced the O2 sensor for the second time this week and now Im pulling 1222 code and 1226 ... ERG!

Do you have to remove the upper and lower intake manifold on the m42 to get at #2 knock sensor?
