M4x hybrid.

Anone done this? Does the M44 have any other particular advantages over the M42 other than the increased capacity? I have the oppertunity to get an M44 very cheap, I was wondering if I could use the block, head etc. with mostly M42 internals and custom pistons then turbo it? Unless I've overlooked something this should increase the capacity to about 1.84 litres, but I don't know if the head flows any better?
