I think its generally the same as any other engine to be honest.

The m42 has shown  that it is strong enough to handle forced induction with a standard engine, so as long as the Nitrous oxide (NOS is a brand) kit is installed correctly and you dont over use it then i dont think there should be a problem.

I dont have any hands on experience of No2 with the m42, but i cant see any reason for a problem
