Piston rings

any one have any recomendations for piston rings ? ever hear of deves? just had head rebuilt and want to throw in sum new rings while im at it . also i want to paint my valve cover does any one reccomend a certain kind of paint ? i know it has to be high temp i was thinking the crinkle paint any suggestions? any thing else i should keep in mind as long as my engine is in pieces all feedback will be greatly appretiated thanks
