i have problem with my car bmw318

if i insert the key and make start not working the sound coming Such the Battery if its finsh.


1- i think The problem Battery i changed the Battery but Such problem

2- i Transfer the car to the Electricity  Garage he told me the Electricity  not coming to the delco and crankshaft not going and mybe timing built catting and he told me this is not my work this is Mechanic Garage the mechnical Garage cheeking the timing bulit and he told me not cutting this Electricity  problem.


know what i can do??

If your crank isn't rotating...that's very very bad

You might be better off with a used engine?

Let me try:
The car doesn't start so you suspected the battery and brought it to an electrical person that works on car's electrical systems. That guy diagnosed it as being mechanical and possibly something to do with the crankshaft and timing chain.

First off, jump your car from another car to make sure it's not a weak battery. See if it turns over at all. If it doesn't, check your starter and relay. If it turns over but doesn't start, check your ignition to to see if you are getting spark. Also check your fuel to make sure you are getting fuel and that your fuel pump isn't dead. Take out your back seat and listen at rear passenger bottom side for the fuel pump when you start the car.

Worst case scenario would be that you have jumped a tooth or two on the timing belt causing it not to be in correct timing and possibly having some bent valves. This could also cause it not to start. The mechanic should be able to pull off the valve cover and check the timing chain.
