Engine Noise help...

About a week ago i started hearing this noise coming from my engine. i didnt know what it was so i asked shop and he wanted to charge me an arm and a leg just to check it out. i saw the pulley not rotating corectly, not sure what it is ac Maybe not sure, and i video taped it. i was also thinking could it be the waterpump? or maybe the timing chain? someone help me out plz its really freaking me out lol thanks.

if the thing you look at two or three times is what your talking about that is your ac compressor (it could be the bearings in your ac compressor clutch are going bad). Another way you can check is turn your car on, take a screwdriver and touch the different housings of the different accessories and you should feel a vibration in accordance with the sound (carefull not too get tangled in the belt and touch the housing not your pulleys).
