Hola -

I'm a 1997 318ti owner.  There is enough in common with the m44 and m42 that I thought it would be worth joining.  Some of you may know me from 318ti.org.  If you don't know me, don't believe the rumors.  :p

I like to share and help.  Ask me many questions.

My car:

Downing/Atlanta?

Your car is hella clean, very nice.  And that's a LOT of body roll in that last picture, looks like you were having fun.

Yes, that's a Downing Atlanta charger.

Body roll...ahhh yes.  R compounds with HR/Bilstein Sports will do that.  :)

This is on the bump stops:

Yeah, I have some videos.  Here is a good one, lots of smoke.  :D

Not sure what you mean.  It can get squirrely, but it's super easy to control.  It takes some time to hear the limits of the car and takes some self control to keep the car within those limits.  It's a very easy car to slide around, and it incredibly tossable.  ~220 rwhp is perfect for daily driving and for occasional (15+ a year) autocrosses.
