The rotors seem like a total gimmick to me. Probably cheap Taiwan or China steel too with less than optimal metal thickness to boot.
I recommend just getting the blank brembos and be done with it. If you're really worried about rotor longevity and don't mind doing the labor, you can always buy the Autozone Lifetime warranty rotors. A few racing buddies really take advantage of this with their Acura's as they get replacements 5 times a year since they do track days.
As for the pad compound, you are going to get a lot of opinions on it. I will say that EBC Red compound absolutely tears up rotors but you don't have to worry as that's a race compound. The green stuff has been known to be harsh on rotors too with a good amount of dusting.
Axxis Ultimates dust too much and can squeal in the cold based on experience. Hawk HPS is a good compromise between braking abilities vs. brake dusting imo.
I'm currently using Hawk HPS for street/auto-x duties. If you are strictly street, Mintex Red Box fits the bill nicely too imo.
Do you know if the EBC's that you posted are remarketed versions of the green stuff?
