The engineers and they confirmed that the head is in good condition no leaks, I than fitted the head, did the necessary and attempt to start the vehicle, with no luck as it sounded like no compression, got a mechanic which claimed to be a BMW mechanic and adjusted the timming which I had correct in the 1st place he than turned it 180degrees out and asked me to tow the car as it requires a lot of swinging to build pressure, we than bend valves in the process of trowing the vehicle, again took the head off and discovered that it dropped a valve and burned the clutch, replaced the clutch , replaced the damaged piston and Conrad and Big end Bearings, while I am at it, took the head to the engineers and discovered all the valves and guides are bend and damaged, which in turn is going to cost me a arm and a leg, decided to repair the cracked head as the valves and guid ares till in good condition, replaced the valve steam seals in the process and repairs the crack, fitted everything and bled the lifters and now the vehicle once again swings like there Is no compression, Members as from the above you can see all the trouble I went through and imagine the cost involve, thus is my reason for asking for someone that knows what he is doing and with good references not to be funny but these cars are nice cars to drive , yet very pricy to repair in the event of damage, so if you know of someone that you can recommend please drop his name and contact number below please.
