I have been driving my first E30 316i for 8 months now and been taking care of exterior details and basic servicing.
As I am currently saving up for rear disc conversion and suspension upgrade I would like to get some advice on the engine swap that is going to take place soon
Firstly E36 M42 or E30 M42 and why
I really dig the idea of a SCed 4banger E30 so I guess the 4.27 stock diff should be swapped with 3.91 lsd (maybe smaller ratio?)
What is the real cost of a budget used Eaton supercharger setup on a healthy m42 lump
I am really not into any big Hp goals, lets say 200hp at the crank tops!
Is it possible and reliable
Any suggestion, opinion is highly appreciated!
