Blower Motor?

Howdy!
Does anybody have a spare blower motor that is know working and doesn't have a chipped/broken/missing fin? Kid #1 came home from school today and the car needs so much work and the fan is making all sorts of racket and appears the bearings may be kaput? Checked resistor it's fine. Passenger side fan has a broken blade.

1991 E30 318i.

List thus far; normal oil/filter change, front and rear brake pads, control arms, lollipops, steering ends links, sway bar links, steering rack, front and rear speakers...

I think these things are precision balanced.  Meaning that if a fin is missing, the whole thing will vibrate and make noise.
