1991 E30 M42 for sale in my neighborhood. Springboro, Ohio

I am not associated with this person and I find it odd I have never seen it on the roads?
My lovely wife sent me a pic of it over her phone and said it looked nice as she drove by it.
I have to say it has very little rust on it. The sides are solid. It appears the battery tray in back has been repaired but the bottom of the tray is solid. Paint is all fubar'd as the clear is coming off in layers. Interior is missing the carpet and a number of other small bits. Front seats are worn pretty badly.
They are asking $3k, has ~180k miles.

Nice car. That armrest looks familiar...doesn't look like an E36 center console though. Maybe from an E46?

I'm pretty sure that the whole centre console is from an E46. Cup holders look familiar and the Hazard light switch / Door lock button is.

Looks like the car has a reman AFM and some recent suspension work. Car still up for sale, Dean? Bet he'd be more likely to deal if it is.
