e30 is doing well! Although after 2 major m42 failures (oil pan gasket caused air in oil then 4 months later new motor shot a spark plug out with the threads), i got fed up and threw a m50 in. Ben, ill take a ride out your way sometime soon and see if you recognise it! shocks are no longer an issue either, bs sports all the way around, and alot more.

Now that's what I call an update! That's been a while - sorry to hear about your M42 troubles. The E30 M50 is a great match, isn't it? One of these days I might do one myself.
