Crappy idle.

ok, so the fun begins. It all started by failing air care on idle. The hydrocarbons are fine when at cruising speeds, but the idle its WAY over the limit. So anyways, i run through the engine, got a new 02 sensor, new wires, new plugs, air filter fuel filter all that good stuff. Now it seems to run fine, run it through aircare, fails on idle again! but just as i was pulling up to the spot it hesitates... so i knew i was gona fail! i take it home, i pull of each wire to see which cylinder is causing the problem, turns out 1&2 are having issues. I throw in the stock chip just for good measures, then switch coils 3&4 to 1&2 and the problem follows the coils. I purchased 2 new coils, put them on. 1&2 run great now. 3&4 run like shit. 3&4 got the new coils, and 1&2 got the old coils. all get GREAT spark. Next i figure its fuel, throw on my old stock injectors, fire it up. problem is still there. I get good spark, it idles fine some times, and I'm getting fuel because i'm blowing unburnt fuel out the exhaust. each cylinder is firing, as the pipes are all hot, its juts 3&4 arn't firing properly. it runs great at high rpm. could this be my crank sensor or whats the deal?

cliff notes:
1&2 ran poor, no spark, bought new coils fixed 1&2
problem now is on 3&4, all have good spark, all get fuel. and all cylinders are firing atleast a little bit because the pipes are hot. engine runs if 3&4 are unplugged, stalls if 1&2 are unplugged.
runs great at high rpm, idles poor.

conclusion:
could this be crank sensor?

edit: it sometimes throws the check engine light, but when i do self diagnostics it gives me 1444 which is no problems.
