nice vid. your car is really nice. you should do a video of your entire car ;) that glaspack really makes the car sound like a beast, but it might be too loud for my taste.. especially in the city with all the police. nice tho..
thanks,  it is louder than I thought it would be but its not too bad.  The cops around here are pretty crazy and I haven't had any trouble w/ them.  I plan on making a longer vid after the turbo is on ;)  I have the manifold and I am trying to pick up a holset since I sold the t3.  I figured I would want bigger soon so why not start w/ it lol.  The glasspack sounds about as loud as most performance exhausts when you aren't a WOT.  WHen you step on it though it get pretty loud and mean as heck lol.  It also idles pretty nice imho.

yeah that thing is damn loud...
i dont know if i could stand it really... i like to be able to hear my music over the exhaust note
my exhaust is loud... but a fair bit quieter than that
as for the welding its funny... every so often i throw on a face sheild and do a few welds for buddies
and its so true that the more you do it the better you get at it... if i had really tried i could have cleaned up alot of those welds
but i was in a serious rush so near the end i got sloppy...
I have seen alot of guys at muffler shops do their welds, and they are the biggest bunch of hack jobs i have seen, cranking up the voltage and spool rate so they can do it faster, but in the process melting and thinning the metal around the weld, just turn down the voltage and spool rate a bit i find that works well and still gets plenty of penetration and go slowish to make sure your welds dont thin out
im sure jon volk would cringe at the site of me welding let along a hack job muffler shop, jon your welds deserve and award
