Hey well I just got photo shop today (30 day trial) and I dont know how to work it well if you would just tell me how to start stuff and insert rims and all that then it would be great. Thanks in advance.

Photoshop has a steep learning curve. Some colleges offer regular courses in it. Sometimes it's difficult to do "simple" things and simple to do what would appear difficult. Still, I would recommend learning how to use it rather a more basic program. Especially if you will need it often.
