M42 turbo 1994 e36 990 dme

okay so i was really looking forward to the war chip but i called and the dont offer that for my model.. so what are some other routes i might wanna go im not trying to run 8s i just waanna have a nice cool fun setup m42 with low compression pistons fully built t3 top mount and im looking to run 15-20psi
i have a shop so ill be doing this build at home let me know im new to engine managment but its all commingto me fast thanks -alex dunch
