does it fit right? I've heard it doesnt work well...? BTW thanks for my new desktop...that car looks like it just rolled out of the dealership

Fits great.  Does not interfere with the drive shaft.  I have heard the the 3.0L Z4 might cause some rubbing problems.  Some have to bend the selector rod.

Sweet car as always Aaron!!!  As for the Z4 3.0L queries, I must be one of the lucky ones w/ no issues with mine.  I have a 3.0L SSK in my E30 w/ M42 and it has been fine for me.  No rubbing issues even if it is quite notchy but I knew that it would be before installing it and I love it now!
