Setup help

Hey guys I got some ground control coilovers and I'm wondering what setup I should run with them. I've got 650lbs spring for the front, and 400lbs in the rear.
Problem is the rears are 2.25 and I need 2.5 so I need different springs.
What rate would you guys suggest for the rear, I was thinking around 450.

I'm also in need of camber plates, what are some good ones that don't break the bank. Also will rear camber be a big problem, are adjustable control arms needed?
