New(ish) E36er Stopping By

Hello all

I've lurked on here for a while, so here's my car and all...

I autocrossed my '95 318i for seven years until the end of last season when I retired it to daily driving duties. I've been autocrossing a '99 328is this season with much success and have grown to love the extra power. However, I want my M42 power back because I love being the underdog. Below is from last season with the light wheels, sticky street tires, and awful-for-autocross Bilstein BTS kit. I was usually the "best of rest" in ST in my SCCA region but could never come close to the Hondas that dominate that class.



Therefore, I'm reminiscing and hoping to pick up another E36 M42 to fully prep for next season. I'm sure I'll have some questions throughout the build process, so hopefully you guys can help me out. Thanks.
