Well I have had the car for a while now. Just got it on the road about a week or so ago. The paint job was a down grade from my crashed 318is but the interior and performance was a huge upgrade. The dash has no cracks; the seats are perfect with no rips or tears. The only problem is the back seat carpet where the guys daughter spilled something I assume but the spots are covered by the carpet. It has a 400 dollar tint job which I need to send in the 13.75 to have it transferred. The car is 2 inches lower than my old car and is much tighter which I love. The only problem is that my oil pan sits a mere 2 inches off the ground and where I live that can be a big problem. The black front spoiler looks great as well. I never thought that a black spoiler could look good. We already had to take the glove box from the old car because the new one was already cracked and broken behind where the hinge is. But overall it’s an awesome car and I hope this one lives longer than 4 weeks

Nice.  I'm not a big fan of the blacked-out facia, but you can tell me to piss off.  It's your car.  Sounds like you're getting deeper into the addiction that is the M42...

Is that the stock iS spoiler?  Never had one on mine, so I still have no idea.

Dont all e30's have a black dashboard? Or am I missing something.
It is a true 91 318is e30 with the M42.
If I am not mistaken that is the stock spoiler. Its just painted black. The guy who panted it got overspray on the fog lights >_< But the fun thing is if I get tired of the black I can go to red because my wreaked e30 has a red spoiler. If I want to put on the lip All i have to do is take the trunk from the old car and put it on. I can do a bunch of things with this car to make it stand out each and every day.

I didn't mean the dash...I meant the front metal panel of the car that the spoiler clips to.  Looks like it's in great shape.  Keep that dash protected from the sun!  They're getting hard to find in good shape.  Looks like you have Euro grilles too...the headlights have a little eyebrow.  They look better than the USA ones.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but it also looks like you have Hella H1/H4 headlights.  They're much better than the stock sealed beams, and were not available here.  At night they look like: __/  __/

You have the sport leather interior too, right?  I have the same one in my sedan, I love those seats.  More comfortable than Recaros IMHO.

I never thought the driving lights were all that bright, no biggie about the over-spray.  Scrape 'em off or pop some PIAAs in there!

I was confused when you said Facia so when I looked it up and it said the dash i was like huh???

You are right and cars hate me for it. Even trucks just pull over and flash there lights at me. They begin to honk when I bright light them back so they know I am not just forgetting to turn off the brights. I just had the adjusted. My stepdad has a shop and he showed me how to adjust them and he went back and rechecked them. So.....

I do have the leather Interior. Its great with not cracks or rips

The dash has a small crack where the windshield and dash meet. Its so small though that its only noticable to those who look. So its not 100% but its 99% perfect HA THe Grills where Crome but they got painted over. and the black came off of one spot so they need to be repainted later but they still look great.

The cars paint job was not great. It has trash in the paint and looks bad in the sun. It needs a new paint job but they will come a few years down the road.

Its so nice having a parts car. Just grab what you need and not have to worry about putting it back in or together. I recommend anyone with an e30 to get a partscar
